I saw a 3g hatch the other day that was sublime green with puple flames. It looked nice. I wonder if that guy is on this board.

IS300 graphite would look good. and you wont have to paint the sills and stuff if you paint it that color. If i were you, i'd paint it something similar to what it is now so you dont have to spent an arm and a leg to get a decent paint job. If you go red, you'll have to paint the sills, engine bay and trunk or else it'll look funny.

You could paint it the dark red the accords came in and spray bomb the sills and other areas with OEM spray bombs. I did that with my malibu and it really is a close match, even with paint that is a different shade on the outside. I think that dark red would look great! I really wish mine was that color. Darker colors really show imperfections in the body and lighter colors really hide it (especially silver and white), I would take this into consideration if your doing the body work yourself and dont have much experience. Even dark red doesnt show body flaws as bad as black.

Has anyone found a carbon fiber hood anywhere for this model?
Or does it have to be custom made?

I've noticed this, 3geez look good in any light or dark color, they are not meant to live in technicolor, if you paint it kawasaki green it just won't be able to pull it off like say a newer Civic. I'd recommend any white, silver, black, shade or my personal favorite, charcoal

id say paint it a metallic dark silver or gunmetal color. As for the CF hoods, look on ebay under accord carbon fiber hoods. There wont be any listings for 3geez, but if u look under say one of the 95 accord cf hood listings, there will be pics of cf hoods for 3rd gens as well, i cant remember the name of the company but just look. If u have a prob with that, try that nice lil search button at the top of the page.

    Blue

The 4G Accords had a nice non-metallic blue that looked really cool.
