Depends. You may need an adapter kit. You will also need (unless you got it with the wheel) a horn button kit.
If you have factory cruise control mounted to your OEM wheel you may not be able to use it.
The adapter and horn kits are pretty cheap compared to the wheel, though.
Did you friend have the wheel on another Honda?
just get rid of the cruise control,
