    where is the valve located?

Tec distributor won't give you more power. it will help with smother idle and acceleration. the diff is that TEC distributor has external ignitor.

uhh . . . . . i could'nt find it but when the car was 1st bought when i whould turn off the engine then turn it to the on position i whould hear clicking but i don't hear that now.
all carb's should do that(well computer controlled car's)
so the TEC will smooth idle and acelleration.
one thread froma guy said that his mpg's increased.
