    86accord oil leak/smoke prob

My 86 accord lx 2.0 carb is smoking heavly when i start it in the morning then quits after its warmd up. There is also a puddle of oil under my car everytime i shut it off. it seems to be drippin off the timing belt cover but that is definitly not where its coming from. theres oil everywhere. It fouls out my plugs. But it does not knock or have any noises. Also i have a bad exhasut leak if that could have any thing ti do with it. Also after driving a my revs get stuck at 4000 and it sits there for 5 mins then idles normally around 800-1000 range. someone told me something about valve seals and i was wondering if that may help or any other suggesions would be great.

Valve seals for sure. Look into either the efi or carb sections for the idle prob.
