Thread: who's got the biggest box?

    who's got the biggest box?

I am trying to build one but I don't think it's going to fit, I need about 7 cubic feet of airspace SEALED. Does anyone have a box this size? Do you have any fiberglass work or all wood?

I know this system is overkill but everyone needs at least 1 ear-crushing system in their lifetime :super:

    HOLY CRAP THATS INSANE

I have currently, 1 350w-rms 12" sub in a 1ft^3 sealed box. Its not as loud as a ported but the bass is tighter and SQ is better.

You should really build your box according to the theile-small parameters. That will yeild the best results.

Do we have 7 cubic feet in our trunk? Just barely if I had to guess. Why not just seal the whole damn trunk and put your subs in your backseat, Jesus. My current box takes up about 2 cubic feet.

hey i have a totally custom box with 2 12 inch concepts runnin a 1000 watts from an alpine i think it has like 5 or 6 cubic feet. probably 6 though. all i care is that i have a very very very snug fit for my um .. extra slim guitar case with no padding. thats about 5 inches left in the back.

man screw it I'm going to try sealing the trunk, if it doesn't work out I can always use those subs in some other application.

    Here's to bass!!

(And mids and high's to match)
