I did it for my first time on Thursday...
yup do it with the motor running... make sure you do it outside as it shoots a whole bunch of black smoke out the back... and you mite want to have a friend rev the engine so it doesn't stall... b\c when you spray it in the engine chokes...
yes in the carb while car running !
and spray on all the chokes and linkages too !
