Calling all geeks! 2 computers for sale

Warning: I'm not sure if I want to sell this first computer yet, unless someone makes me an offer that I can't refuse.

First computer, less than a year old:
Custom case with room for add-ons
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2 GHz
    768 MB of DDR Ram
One 20 GB hard drive and a 40 GB second drive
    Currently running Windows XP Pro
Video card- Radeon 9700 w/ 128 MB DDR Ram (AGP Card)
    Pioneer 16X DVD player
    TDK CD burner, 52X write, 24X rewrite, 48X read/rip
    6 USB slots
    $1,000 or OBO
Will ship this one but buyer pays shipping costs.

    Second computer, 2 years old:
    Modified Emachines case, mini tower
    Intel Celeron 1.5 Ghz
    200 MB of SD Ram
    one 60 GB hard drive
    Currently running Windows XP Pro
Video card- Radeon 7500 w/ 64 MB of DDR Ram (PCI Card)
    12X write 10X rewrite 32X read/rip CD burner
    2 USB slots

Will not ship, local pickup or delivery

Any questions just ask, would perfer payment by Paypal or money order, will accept local check.
I may only get 13-18 MPG, but try and follow me in the mud and you'll get stuck.

honestly its hard to sell complete systems, although they are good systems, but you will have better luck trying to part it out, if you are willing to do so.

good luck, and try selling on some computer forums (but be prepared for lowballers )

You’re going to be hard pressed to sell the system for 1k or there about. You can build a similar rig, with brand new parts and slightly upgrade parts (radeon 9800pro, X-tazer 2 case, enermax 431watt ps, asus deluxe n-force, barton 2500xp, etc….) for about 975 (1200 in canuck country). I sold a similar rig and I only got about 580 (700 Canadian) for it and that hurt…. If you don’t need to sell it don’t, if need be part it out if you can….you won’t loses as much that way.
Sell used computers now is a losing proposition.. A few years ago I could sell custom-built computers with about a year worth of use for a little less than I paid, now you luck if you get half your money back

You won't get that much for rig #1. Prices fall way to much these days. Part it out.

Yeah, I thought I wouldn't get much money for them, I might just part them out locally, I want to build another computer but I need to sell these first.
