Good idea, good thing you do not have emissions tests.

What size is the piping?
Is it stock size, 2", or 2 1/4"
Can you measure the iniside diameter for me?
i asked the guy, what is the diameter on the test pipe and what is it made of?
this was his reply:
"This is a 2" OD pipe that is made from Aluminized Tubing. Thanks for asking,
Chris"
Yeah, I just e-mailed him asking if he could do it in a 2.25" and stainless. Let's see how he replies.Originally posted by buish

just go to a shop and have them straight pipe it...
cost like 20-25 for parts and weld in.
most mom/pop shops will do this. emissions or not.
save your money...thats a joke

The front flange is very odd shape and the only way you'll get a seal is with the stock crush ring gasket. If you go any bigger you won't be able to find a gatket that fits and you'll have to use some sort of sealant out of a tube which will probably blow out.
Just wanted to throw that out there for you cause sealing is going to be a problem then.
Damn, I'm glad you brought that to my attention guaynabo, I'm not sure that I would have bought it from him, but I did have an intention to get one soon. Guess I'll wait 'til I get my DC header before I do this then.Originally posted by guaynabo89

I just got mine from him, and it is the stock 2" pipe which is ok, the coolest part is they flare out the end of the pipe so that flanges won't fall off, so you can just sraight well 2.25"pipe to the opposite end of the header or try and find flanges that will manage to mount up.

Already got one...Got it off Ebay about 2 years ago. Not sure if the same guy or not. Got mine for $30. Was a very simple mod. I noticed power around the 40-60 mph range and I have a stock exhaust system.
