here's the thing, my wipers are on high and won't turn off unlessI turn off the car and it'll only work on that speed which is annoying if it's only raining lightly but then I have to turn off the car to turn them off what would be doing this??
it is eather relay or combo switch.

well now problem is worst they won't even turn off when car is off. well they stop but as soon as they key is in they start again. plus the wiper control arm broke so now I just need to know how to disable them completly
