Why Doesnt it look like 2.5 in front?

Ok guys i bitching a little cuz i just put my DZ Springs on like last week and my back got lower and my front is higher. I mean i Had Eibach Sport line but the previous owner heated the front ones and made it boncy as hell. The DZ springs ride nice but i dont like the wheel gap is giving me. go to www.cardomain.com/id/el_rendon to see my old springs i put pics up with the DZ springs soon. laters

I had the same problem. You have to let the springs settle. Plus if u have a system in your car it will weigh the back of your car down dramatically. I lowered mine 2.5 and I dont have a problem with a gap anymore. Plus im sure my fat ass weighing it down daily in the front helped a little.

:lol You should see how much better your drop looks when you sit in the car Mike. JK

You do have to let the suspension settle for a couple days and see how it looks. The front has a bigger gap then the rear but sits lower normally so that all the gaps around the car look normal. However if all springs are of an equal length the front gap will be bigger then the back.

And this may sound ghetto and even destructive but I sat on my hood and bounced for a couple of minutes everyday. Im sure it really made no difference but in my mind it did.

Also, remember to get your wheels aligned in about 2 weeks after your springs settle because if you dont you are going to eat your tires up real quick. Just a friendly reminder.

the accord sets higher in the front. Heres something you might want to check out. I know justin linked this already but I'll do it again.

Is your lowered car's front end to high? Here's a fix to drop the front 1/2"
