Mine has one too. If you're going to remove it don't forget to replace the aluminum crush washer. I think it's the same size as the one that goes on the oil pan drain plug.

Yes there is a drain plug. I think that would be a messy way to drain the tank though. What I did was remove the fuel pump and stick a siphon in from there and drain it like that into another car. Yes I know I am cheap.

You probably will want to buy a bunch. They're really cheap (about $0.10 each) so I always buy a bunch at a time. The same size is used all over the car so I like to have spares.Originally posted by Dibbie
