I'm actually working on this as of now. Just received my LCD screen, have my PS2, and a power inverter that are all going in my car on friday. You won't need a power inverter if you're getting a mobile dvd player though.

I think the PS2 has a Car kit already, you might not need an inverter.

You'll need a stereo with an auxillary input or you could use an FM modulator.

Nope... In my 10+ years of installing I have never seen a CD\Tape player come with a built-in fm modulator.

Som head units now come with auxillary inputs which would work great.

An indash would be real nice. That is probably the route I will go cause I want to save space for other goodies.
I'm your local R&D nut. Fabracting, welding, tuning and breaking my stuff so you don't have to.

If youre deck dosent have aux. inputs then youre gonna need a fm modulator, but try to get a deck w/aux. inputs because i was running fm modulator then i got a diff, deck w/inputs, huge sound diff, i have 5.6's in the visor and a 7 " widescreen on the dash. if you go w/ a flip out u have to get one that angles becouse of the lip above your radio it will need to tilt forward a hare.
