Does anybody out there make

clear bumper lenses and/or aerodeck corners for the 87 accord?

I am dying to have them ASAP!

I'm making my brother a set for his body kit. 88-89 accord lenses fit perfectly into the kit. It all depends what's the price, if you send a set to me, or if I have to buy some and then clear them.

BTW, nice ride and what does the "13" mean on the "eyebrow"?

It's easier to make clears from an 88, 89 lens but not for an 86, 87 lens.

The way I make the bumper lenses it's the same way. I could quick take a pic and show you if you will host the pic. I just started making them different.

i like that, but don't you technically have to have amber corner signals? if it was possible for me to send mine to you, how long would it take? i'm just curious, would have to wait to get some more money before i could do it.

hmm.. well the 13 is "my number". It's my lucky number, I was born on the 13th, and I figure hey it work for me. I actually have a gold necklace with a gold "13" charm on it that I wear regularly. I dunno, I'm just weird.

Those clears are for 86-87 front bumpers, but the corners are 88-89.

I don't really know the law in your area, or generally this aspect of it, but the only backup I can give to something such as this, is that there are cars produced today that have a clear lens, with amber bulbs. ...and I do use amber bulbs with these lenses. I would expect that any car in production and distribution today would conform to all local, and statewide, and national laws and regulations.

Well guys, I've got to admit it. After this thread (probably the 2334446985th in the past 3 months looking for clear corners, I decided to reach into my pile of goodies and pull out a pair of stock 88-89 corners I had stashed away. I tried to re-hone my skills, and have found that I'm WAY out of practice. I have officially destroyed one corner lens. I'm not back up from my brainstorming&handywork dungeon and must admit, I'm rather ashamed of my diminished abilities. Oh well, I've got 2 more sets where those came from, so I'll be destroying a few more for sure before I get a good set. But have no despare, I will certainly post pics of the final finished product.

yo mark, "my number's" 13 too! it has been since 6th grade, when I realized that I had a lot of 13's in my life... I was born oct. 13, at the time, I was 13 years old, and when I signed up for soccer, my the number on my shirt was 13!! and since then I've always considered my number to be 13... that's pretty d*mn cool, if you ask me-

wait... I forgot what grade it was.. I know it wasn't 6th tho... anyway... that's not the important part.... ok, but I do have a Q for everyone... I feel kinda dumb for asking.. but what size bulbs do we use? I'm talking about for EVERYTHING... front bumper lights, the corner lights (the small front, AND turn signals), reverse, turn, inside and outside tail/brake lights (red part) I want to clear out all of my lights, and all I need now is the bulbs, but don't know for sure what size I need.... I know that some are 1156 and 1157, but as for the rest, I'm clueless

my numero's 13 as well. ever since i started playing basketball wilt the stilt chamberlin was my idol. him and dennis rodman (only because he had green hair one time, not 'cos he dressed up like a woman.. [i'm NOT gay])

mark, how much to order a set of clear signals? how hard would it be to do it myself?

Hell yeah Swan! Both of us are Oct. 13 babies.

As for the lights.... hmm.....

I know right off the top of my head that the pair in each corner light is a 168 or 194, and at least for the hatch, the tails (brake lights) are an 1157.

yeah, I figured out the light deal...what sucks tho, is after spending about a hundred dollars on tools and stuff to make some clear tails and corners, I decided that I didn't want to do it... I tried, but I'm too impatient, so I kept cutting my hands up, and screwing up the light housings, so I gave up! I'm gonna intrude in on Honda's head honcho's and ask if they can make me a set that matches the original exactly, except clear, for a substantial amount of moolah! OR... if someone is willing to spend time on making me a set, hit me up, and we can talk! here's something to think about... I NEED a set.. and if you need something bad enough, money isn't as much of an issue than you would normally think...........hint, hint....

I want clears too!! I've been too lazy to make em.I also can't find a good condition 88-89 set at the junk yards. Well I suppose if I was making the full clear like some have then I could use 86-87 corners too. I think so, that means I would get them for dirt cheap b/c they're always smashed out. I have a heat gun and thinking about getting the light fixture stuff and moulding that to the housing. I can just silicone the lense on there like I did with the bumper ones can't I?
