These parts from majestic are $89 for the mast and $163 for the motor!

Now maybe I can actually use the radio!

I used to have an 87 Subaru with an antenna on the A-pillar. I had to replace it to use an aftermarket head unit. They're not fun to replace. You've got to get a coat hanger or something all the way down the pillar and behind the dash where you can find it. I had to cut the wire on the one I pulled out because I couldn't get it out. I guess the connector was getting snagged on something. It may take a few hours but good luck.

theyre not a pain if you usually like taking out the fusebox and the underside of the dash for fun.

I replaced mine without taking out anything...it's a pain in the ass. It took about 3-4 hours and caused a lot of bloody knuckles.

Will it fit right? It would have to be an exact replica of the OEM part to work properly. Hope it fits for ya.

I used to have to install this stuff alot
    1) Use 2 coat hangers bent together as a feed
    2) Unscrew the outside mount ,lift it 'till you can see 2 or so inches of antenae cable, cut it and carefully wire your new end to it .get down under your dash and carefully pull your old ant cable and the new one will follow right thru
