Neuspeed or H&R springs have the softest ride if you want to lower it. I reccomend against airbags, they are expensive as hell.
Bilstein shocks kick ass, but from what I have seen around here they are expensive since you have to get them revalved.

Do they make the springs with shocks or do you have to buy them separate?

You buy them seperate. If you get the Bilstein shocks you need to send them to the factory to get them revalved. Do some searching. I have never done this I am just quoting what is on this board.

Well the blistens should be able to handle the H&R or Neuspeed springs. If you get adjustable coilovers you will need to get the Blistens revalved.
I'm your local R&D nut. Fabracting, welding, tuning and breaking my stuff so you don't have to.
