    Rear strut Bar

I know all about Justin making them and I have used the search button. I read a post a while back where some guy was able to amke one out of two different rear strut bars. He even had a pic but i cant find that thread anywhere. Does anyone know what two combinations can make a rear strut bar, or does anyone have a link to that thread. it was WAY back when

I found the post running a search, "strut bars" and not just in one post. He never did a rear bar, it was a front bar, his method might not work for the rear.

Hope this works. I got this image from 88turboaccord. But if he has any problems of me posting this pic of his car I will get a pic of my rear strut bar for you. I will also get the thread link for you and then you can EMAIL him b/c he will most likely check that first.

Here's the link to the thread with all the info you should need.

Does it fit in there with the back seat in normal position and all or does it need to be flipped down?

why would u need a rear strut bar for? Do you have any suspension components?

Im trying to make my friend do one for me in our college machine shop. And while he does that, i might do the lower tie bar.

Well I have Koni's and Dropzones lowered 2" in the rear and 2.5" in the front. I have front strut bar that is suppose to fit but doesn't.

It's supposed to stiffen the chassis so you will be able to handle corners better. I have a front and rear strut bar and no other suspension items and my car does great corners. If you have any other suspension items then you should get front and back bars b/c you will enjoy them

the rear strut bar that 88turboaccord made fits with the back seat in the normal position.

i have a DX with the non-folding rear seats and a bar flush across the middle with the backseat. i was hestitant on buying the bar at first b/c of fitment issues, but its fine. no problem at all.
