    Arrow Belt Removal

    I ned details or even pics, Ive been searching and cant find pics.

    my 3rd belt broke so the first two need to move. grrrr

    pain in the ass.

    Some of my Drawings
    85 IROC Z28,TPI 355ci,700r4, 9.4:1 Aluminum pistons, COMP CAMS street/strip hyd roller cam, HYE TECH ported/polished heads, HOOKER Longtubes, Full 3 inch exaust NO Cat, TPIS alum fuel pressure reg, ACCEL distributor, custom programed chip from Performance Resource, Competition Engineering shocks. 10/90 front 50/50 back. Eibach drag springs up front. Auburn posi. SLP cold air induction and airfoil.batt relocated w/ kill switch.Still on street tires (Kuhmos all around)SOLD

    Look on the brackets supporting the Powersteering pump there should be a bolt that will allow the pump to pivot back the the belt can slide off.

    The A/C also pivots but you need to loosen a lot more bolts I believe.

    And you need to loosen the lower bolt for the alternator and the upper tensioning bolt to get off the inner belt.

    Try auto zone for a haynes manual, it will give you pics.
    Accord has been replaced with a 2004 Solara SE Sport with 3.3 VVT-i V6...man does that car move...

    thanks for your help guys, but I ended up, givin in and had someone do it.

    50 for a guy to climb under and above to chang the belts.

    now i need to fix the distributor oil leak..damn o ring. and the radiator leak...its leaking at the seam, i hear thats common on our cars..
