do you want power or looks?
for the power i would say go with full exaust and headers.
for looks, get some kind lip. 1gen integra lip will fit very nice.

screw all that man. If you want CHEAP, then make your own CAI!
$13 bought me a peice of sealed aluminum dryer hose, a 20 foot roll of thick aluminum heat shield, and some foil tape.

I still have most of the heat shield and tape left.

Anyway, my intake feels VERY COLD when I stop after a nice, hard cruise, day or night, as long as the temp is below 80 degrees. If it's over 80, it just feels cool, not ice cube cold.

Big gain, little cost, works great, and it'll last a long time.

Well the biggest question is do you have emission or not then either performance or apperance mods. There is a lot of stuff you do that is not CARB legal.
