    Exclamation coil overs

    does anyone know if coil overs for a 97 civic will fit my 87 LX-i. I hope so cos I'm gettin a sweet deal.

    FYI, you posted this question in the wrong section of the board, one of the other moderator's moved to where it belongs for me.


    You question hasn't been answer because NO one has done this, so one can give you the answer your looking for. However as long as you can use the very top section from your car with it's three bolt mounting or the entire top half, you should have no problem. Now it is possible that if the 96-2000 civic is a car with greater suspension travel, you may have to cut the threaded coilover part a bit so it will fit. Then again, you might not have to worry about that, because some coil-over kits don't aren't designed to give full suspension travel.

    I'm curious what product are you looking to buy, and how much?
