First off slow down you have a DX according to your info so you are carbed this means you have no fuel rail or injectors.

Start with the basics header and a catback system 2.25 mandrel bent. After that think about a cam regrinding or a webber carb. If you know your car stuff you could also do a EFI swap but make sure to reajust your timing after you are done because it will be about 26 degrees retarded if I remember correctly. Those ideas should give you a good hint on where it get started.

You can get a header at www.nopi.com and a cat back their but I would just get a custom one. Personally I like dynomax mufflers but what ever you get is your choice. For a cam grind talk to Yasu or justanothermike. If you want to go webber lots of people have done it but the only one I can think of now is A20a1.

So unless you have mad cash that should keep you ocupied for a while. Good luck

Well, the answer is limited only to how much money you have.

Anything from forged pistons to a P&P head to a full engine balancing can be done to increase power. Here's a short list of parts and the companies that make 'em

    Camshaft - Gude, Openloop
    Ignition - MSD, Accel
    Injectors - Accel, Venom
    Fuel Pump - Venom
    Connecting Rods - Crower
    Pistons - ????
Fuel Rail - None. Talk to Justin, he can adapt a Vortech rail.
Fuel Pressure Reg. - Vortech. Justin will do these as well.
Transmission - Either one from Openloop, one from a 2nd gen Prelude, or swap the bellhousing on a 1st gen Integra.
Clutch - ACT, Centerforce, Unorthodox Racing
    Brake Discs - Powerslot, Brembo

There's way too much to list, but this should be enough to keep you busy

If you are going for internal you could also do a port and polish.

lol man....actually with the right tools you can do it yourself, there was a website someone posted telling you how but I forgot what it was. It's just a matter of smoothing all the rough edges inside the engine to get better flow.

After having our old gude cam evaluated, we may have found out why power died off at higher rpms. With such high ramp speeds with the high lift short duration lobes we can conclude that the valves may have been floating. At 242 duration on top of .420 lift its just to much lift for the amount of duration and combined with stock valve train. Even if you look at the lobe your bare eyes it looks pretty pointy. check it out for urself. gude cam is on the right compared to our mild and a stock cam
