    NXRacers' motor swap...progress pics!!!! *56k*

    here are some pics of his motor swap that we are doing. we started today about 3pm...this is day 1.

    this is his poor car...ready to go into the garage (my 4g in the background )


    this is before we did anything.


    this is when we drained the radiator (gotta love that oil!!!)

    the side of the engine...where is everything?????


    oh, and can anyone tell us if this is a stock eq holder???

    DAMN it started to get cold at the end..........

    thanks to justin (nospeed) for coming out and helping and to kicker and his cousin for driving all that way out and delivering my new motor.

    No problem man, we had a fun drive down there, raining like crazy though. Not to try and hijack your thread or anything, but here's my pics from today.

    took out the front seat and put the motor there, much better than spending $75 for gas for the truck lol

    also had two wheels that I was dropping off for another guy, then had to pick up a fender

    then we hit a red light while we were trying to turn right, we were sitting in a 2 foot puddle, exhaust was completely under water

    then it started leaking in, had about an inch of water inside lol

    It was a fun drive down there, nice to finally meet you.

    hahahah, yeah i almost drown my car the other day. it was 3 feet of water and i thought i could cross the river.

    6 hours round trip, I had a few stops on the way and so did my cousin so it was worth the trip

    its w/out a tranny and exhaust manifold, so it was pretty small. and there was no front seat.

    UPDATE for anyone who gives a flying f*ck

    i almost have the motor out. I just have to pull the radiator out and it'll be out. I had to pull the AC pump and i cant get that out w/out the radiator out. So close yet so far!

    so who's gonna help me this weekend??
