The USDM controls may look better, but the JDM cluster is more functional. It has automatic temperature control, just like the luxury models have now. It will maintain the cabin at whatever temperature you set it at. The USDM controls don't do that. With ours, it is a matter of trial and error. Honda was definitely ahead of it's time back then.

They even had heated seats...and cooling too!! The JDM 3Gee Accords were about 20 years ahead of their time.

Those controls are from a japanese import and I think it belongs to some guy in NZ or possibly australia. It has a stock b20a, motor.

The owner of this site should be able to provide you with some info.

    http://www.angelfire.com/sk/fordfalcon/Honda.html

It's the white accord on the site and not the first one. THe first one has the older style manual controls.

I love the JDM ones, ever since I saw them on that dudes car and saw his bloody b20a. THe JDM's dont have electric antennas im certain of. And they have some sort of metal stripes along the mouldings.

That's sweet!! Not a huge fan of the silver buttons, but I'd still take it, heh.

Didn't this guy used to be a member on our board? He's got a link to the first ezboard 3geez, and I could swear that car looks familiar.

They talk a little like brits.

I want to see if that dude can get me one of those air and temp consoles. I suppose it would be a lot of work to get it to do all that stuff automatically. Probably need to send an ugly black box with it hehehehe. I have an original Honda cassette player. (not in the car of course) Anyone want to buy it
