    vaccume

    does anyone know where I can get some literature on the configuration of the vaccume lines on an 88' accord dx?

    there should be a sticker under the hood.
    if you want more detailed info you may want to locate the HONDA manual for 88-89 accord. 86-87 accord had diff vacuum set up.

    Those Accord Manual pictures have probably saved me hundereds of dollars. If there is any other part you are interested in learning about; then download more sections

    unfortunatly paul has European version of the manual, and it has diff vacuum controls.
    i have the US version of the manual and i can scan the picture if you want.

    Oh, my bad sheperd.

    If you are lucky jusjag2002, you can find the manual for your car on ebay. You can also find them on various auto websites. Usually the manual costs $50+ or so if you buy it.

    Here's an example (correct me if I am wrong sheperd)

    that is exactly what i got except mine is 87. it is a good price too.
    i paid $40 shipped, but it is worth every penny. this book will cover more info than haynes or chilton.
