If you do a search, you'll find everything you need to know. You need the same parts for any B series swap. Just keep OBD issues in mind along with EFI conversion.

The search function still does not appear to be working properly, but there is a lot of info on these boards about B18 swaps. There is even some stuff on H22 swaps, but I would not recommend that unless you are good at custom fabrication.

Basically, you'll need a complete B18C1 swap including motor, tranny, accessories and ECU. Then you need a custom mount kit, custom axles and custom shift linkage. If you don't get a cable tranny, then you will need to adapt to a hydraulic tranny.

There is a guy here that goes by K-MOD that is selling pretty much all the parts you need. Browse through recent Marketplace ads and you will find him.

If you move forward with this, keep us posted. I live near Portland and I'd like to see it. Personally, I am doing a B20A swap. I have most of the parts needed and with any luck, it may get done in the next few months.

<EDIT> oops, I just noticed you have an LX model. You will need to convert to fuel injection also. Not a major problem, but more work. Good thing money is not an issue!

The search works for me. I dunno what's up with that. I guess I'll enter my insight then. Since you never specified which B18 you want, I'll have to run through the two popular. First, you will need to convert to EFI. Carotman's website has a list of the stuff you need, however most of it is only required for the stock engine. A B18A will require engine, tranny, axles, shift linkage, mounts, PRI wire harness to adapt to the accord wiring, ECU. The tranny is also a cable type so that's easy. This engine is not VTEC but has pretty good low end torque. Most use the block from this engine for an LS/VTEC setup. If you're interested in that, talk to Steve (88LXi68). This is what he's running. This is a fairly expensive setup since frankenstein motors need extra work to keep everything running properly. A B18C can cause you some trouble. It does require the same hardware as a B18A but the wiring is where the trouble comes in. It depends on what year you get. If you get an OBD1 version, you need to convert the engine to OBD 0 or convert the car to OBD 1. It is quite expensive to convert the car. I believe only 1 guy is running OBD 1 in his Accord and it cost him $1100 to get the car re-wired. If you get an OBD 2 version, things are much worse. From what I've read, you can only run OBD 1 or 2 on that engine, therefore re-wiring the car is a must. B18C's have a hydraulic tranny. You will need to convert to a hydraulic or get a cable type from another B series engine. I'm not sure which one is the best for this but it's somewhere on the net.

Check this thread. It has a lot of info on the GSR swap. Just make sure you thoroughly research this project. There are alot of little things that can go wrong so knowing what things can pop up is great to know. Good luck with your swap. I hope all goes well.
