yea i would like to sell it as is, for the time being. But... if things dont really pan out i would be willing to part out the car, and sell a semi stock Ca6. As for the pics of the hood and interior the hood is carbon yes. the red hood with the gills is in storage so im not gonna take anypics of it, for now.
    ttt for me.

4k ? are you sure. Its a DX. 4k is like asking a 1,000,000 for it. Also its a philly car. Im sure theres rust hiding under bondo somewhere. My highest offer would be like $1500. cuase i can get them rust free from florida for less.

The trim level doesn't matter after you put some time and money into it.

I paid $4500 for mine... Why do people think these cars are only worth a few hundred??? When I go to sell mine it will be listed for at least $5000...

This guys car is worth $4000, just look at everything it has done to it and the motor has a rebuild with 5k on it... I mean the rims and hood are worth $1000, then theres the suspension and paint and wing... that stuff adds up and increases the cars price...

Just look at the pictures, its clean, no dents or damage, good interior, quality parts, not crap like some people make at home, and the is not rattle canned, plus he has an extra custom hood and wheels... If your not buying it then don't low ball him...

i cant see how you think the custom work raise the value of the car any. My turbo accord wouldnt fetch more then $2000 ont eh open market at a reasonable price even though its capable of running high 12's int eh 1/4 mile.

those $$4 amounts are wholly unreasonable. good luck getting it.

you also have to consider the area of where you're selling it. In cali you'll get a sack of crap in exchange for our cars, whereas if you have a fixed up car in let's say where I live, people would love to buy them and will pay a little more than they're actually worth. It's all about where you're at and who you find.

when i bought my car it was for sale for $4500, but i got it for 3k. It was a low mile, completely rust free california car that had been pretty well modded and was VERY clean and i felt that it was worth that much (having owned an 87 beforehand) so i think that as long as he feels its sellable at that price, theres nothing wrong with setting it as a starting price.

ok, u dont like the price dont buy it. But dont knock it, i personally dont care what you have to say about the price. I put alot of time money effort and creativity in it. The engine only has 5k on the rebuild. As for the car having hidden rust due to being in philly you are incorrect, the car was/is garaged for most of its life. I live in west chester PA, outside of philly. big difference. As for being a DX, i dont think it has a whole lotta consideration based on how much is done to the car. Again if u dont like it, dont buy it.
