    plates

    does any one know what the min age is a car has to be to get historical plates in ohio?

    Ohio sucks! I should know.
    25 years for historic plates in Ohio, looks like you have a while to go.
    The cool part is you do not even have to register it after that, but you are limited to mileage. I think its a 2,000 mile per year limit, like the BMV ever checks that.

    ok thanks dude. yeah i was just wonderin. but if they do start checking the milage i'll just unplug the spedo cable when it gets to 2000 miles hahaha.

    i do have a while to wait but so don't you.

    Thats a trick I have used in the past to extend tire replacement periods when I was poor... ...wait a minute I'm poor now.
    Learning to tune the radio was easy.. ..now on to the rest of the car....
