I still have to get the rest of the gauges and the triple pillar pod. But here is part of what i did but will probably change it a little to mount the boost controller and stuff.

thats real carbon fiber as well im also most likely getting rid of the A/F gauge for a better one that is actually a decent reading.

The boot was a junkyard find, it was pure coincidence that it fit perfectly. Came out of an Audi. A bit of cleaning and it was looking good

The gauges are mounted with Autometer gauge cups on the instrument cluster. Opposite them is a Proform shift light, adjustable by a dial on the back. Didn't want the huge tach, just the light. On the passenger side is my own creation. Just a piece of pressboard cut and drilled with black vinyl covering it. I'm planning on using that as a template for a nicer version, either black like the one there or brushed aluminum.

I removed cruise control. I really don't like it... something about the car moving without my foot on the pedal that bothers me. I got a cover from a junkyard 3g and put it in the switch's place.

Yeah, definetly lose the roof-racks. It doesn't give it a sporty look; how many sports cars do you see with roof-racks?

Still a clean ass 3G though.

I've use the rack couple times. Not like i couldn't fold down the back seats to fit a couple snowbaoards inside......I fit a particle board 4 Foot X 8 Foot in my hatch, hung out the back about 2 feet, but it fit!

i actually like it too, it further separates your car from every other maroon 3g hatch out there, and different is good. KEEP IT.
