A good read for turbo beginners

I picked up "Forced Induction Performance Tuning" from my local bookstore the other day. It's very informative if you're new to turbos. It's not too technical, but there are one or two useful equations in there and several charts used as examples.

For all of you planning on getting your hands on Sean's turbo kit, you should get this book too.
