How Do I Remove Trim to Repaint it.

How would i remove the trim to repaint it... i painted it once and the masking took too long. Now i just want to remove the trim molding and repaint it. without jacking up my paint and scratching anything.

Once i remove it will i be able to just stick it back on.... or will i have to glue it?

It takes a small flathead screwdriver and a good hand not to scratch the paint. You are better off doing it fron the underside so if you do scratch it up it will not be as noticeable. You do not have to glue it back, It is held on by small plastic clips. I broke my clips when I removed mine. I got a new set at the dealership for $6.

Thats a damn good idea. Its worth a try. I was just thinking a putty knife with masking tape on the end might work too.

I used one of those dough knives... it looks like a scraper... worked like a charm. Now i'm gonna de-grease them and use bumper paint on them... hope to get it done tomorrow... it's too cold tonight to paint.

Click on Honda Parts store on the left. Then select your vehicle. It is listed under Side Protector.
I believe it is #42. I am not positive though. I went to the dealer a couple af years ago and they hooked me up with all I needed for $6 if I can remember correctly, it was under $10 for all of them.
