    Did Vtec engines come in 93' Accords?? Sorry, another 4th gen question...Ugggg

    Did the 93' Accord SE come with a Vtec engine??? I'm looking at one and they advertised it that way. Just curious...

    no...the 4th generation accord had no model that was vtec. vtec engines were first introduced to the 5th gen 94 accord in the EX model. It is a single overhead cam vtec.

    94 yes but i doubt that in 93's had them.
    if it's a ex they had a dual stage intake and exhuast.

    if you need technical answers for 4,5,6th gen accord questions, check out accordinglydone.com. they have a lot of knowledge and not the BS that Honda tech has.......just be aware they are performance/function oriented and look down on looks and other non-performance type stuff.

    93 Civics had them.

    Started with a 89 Accord LXI - 96 Acura TL - 2003 Acura CL Type S..

    Damn, the dude just wants to know if 93 Accords come with VTEC, he didn't wanna know the usage of a 2 year old boy's wee wee or-oh hell. NO, 93 ACCORDS DON'T HAVE VTEC!! Are you sure the ad said "VTEC" and not "VTECH"?
