Well my creaking noise was bad axles.

Could be the case for you, but could be some suspension issues. Are you talking about when you are sitting at a stop, or when driving?

it does that only when its cold outside or does it do it all the time even after its warmed up? Check ur power steering fluid level. If its low change it. Also try and see if u can change the whole fluid.

That creaking noise that u get is present when the car is not moving right? I have that these days due to the cold. Once the car warms up, there is no sound.

Mine was lack of lube on the bearings in the steering column / steering wheel.

If it's making a farily high pitch squeaking mostly when turning, then it could very well be a lower balljoint (or upper, but it's usually lower since they're load carrying balljoints). Could be a number of things though. Stick your ear right down by each wheel and have somebody turn the steering wheel, and see if you can trace down where it's coming from.

it only does it in cold weather but even when the cars warm it does it as long as it's still cold outside.

You just need to take both wheels off, visually inspect all dust boots in the suspension, tilt the rotor (or wheel) all different directions to see if the ball joints have play, if they do, replace them. If the boots for the cv joints are ripped, and if they tick when you turn, replace the half shaft(s). Also check for play in the front wheel bearings. If none of these, I would bet it is either your steering column/wheel, or rack.
