oil is fine. gas is good. Dont get it, only 116k miles.

remove the fuse #10 or #11 (i am not sure about that one) under the hood to clear the ECU.
what kind code are you getting now?

EGR valve, i removed fuses and even disconected battery, code comes back real quick

How is the idle rpm? The engine will run really rough (and a little slow) if the EGR is open too far. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the EGR valve and see it that helps. My Prelude is giving and EGR code too, but it usually idles high @ 1200 (EGR valve closed). If disconnecting the vacuum hose form the valve solves the problem the EGR solenoid or the constant vacuum valve in the emissions box are likely at fault.
