    "Accord" Emblem on Passenger Dash

Yeah. I was planning on just stripping one off the back of a 3gee in a junkyard or something and putting on my dash because the dash of my burgundy interior is very bland. I think it would just add a little more accent to my interior. Is it a good idea?

Yeah. Cool. That would have been my alternative place to put it if the dash wouldn't have worked for some reason. Anyone had any problems with this? Or someone have pics I could see?

Yeah. I'm pretty anal about this stuff, so I'll be getting out the leveler and measuring tape, haha. But yeah, this is definately going to happen, it looks real nice.

Hey Mike I put mine in the same place about 3 years ago. I used 3m weather stripping adhesive to attach it, I think it looks nice there.

Hell. If we had a special "3geez" emblem just like that Accord one. I'd do it. That would be cool.

hmm....... i don't really like the one on the dash there, but i like the way someone on here put accord on the door molding right up next to the drivers side front wheel. that looked great.

i was going to do the same type of thing, but with the H from the middle of the steering wheels. i would want to make it kind of sunken into the place its mounted.

well if you buy the emblem new, it has the sticky stuff on the back, so you just peel and stick on. Ya I agree, adds nice touch to the interior.

i did the same to my car last year already .....i used some sticky stuff in the first place but it gets so hot here in the summer sometimes that it would come undone and fall off so i said screw it and i did excactly that....screwed it in the dash.....it aint moving again....

i think that it looks awesome and should have it on from the factory.....gives it more character...

Autozone has the honda logos that light up for like 10 bucks, ive seen yellow red and blue. you would just have to drill through your dash to put it on.

well what i would suggest is take em off the back of your car!! fill in the holes and just leave the H on there it looks really straight, then you must saw off the little nubs on the accord thing and then just use some 3m doublesided tape (the white stuff works fine) i did it and it looks straight on my car
