Just wondering

I am looking to buy a parts car for my 89 accord ex will all the oparts from 86-89 fit?Or what are my choices when looking for a parts car?

Sure will. 99% of stuff swaps over. Look for a SEi for goddies like rear discs and big sway bars.
Or a 88-89 LXi would be the next best choice.

Well i would prefer a lx or a ex cause my tranny is going by the sounds of it ,but i just wanted to make sure i didn't buy a parts car that was useless thanks.Hoping to find a ex so i can get a new power antenna and have spare power windows but i want a spare carb motor too.

LXi and SEi's have power antennas and power windows too.....lx's do too i think.

Well i just found a lx for $100 the engine never ran for 2 years and it has 130,000 on it also the tranny slips i still might buy it for all the other parts.

Well i just found a 88 hatch but the trannys shot in that too $250 and it only has 180,000km might still be a good parts car.

if the rest of its good that could be worth it depending on what all you need. you could end up spending that much at a junk yard if you need a lot of stuff.
