if you start burning rubber in first, and shift it very quick, you can actually get a nice chirp in second, but why do it. it just going to kill your clutch.

i can get a sweet burnout through second with my prelude tranny... like actualy tire smoke.. but my shift speed is incerdibly fast... the gap on the pavement between rubber strips is about 1.5 inches....

Before my accord was totaled, it would smoke both tires in a burnout. Racing, it would lose tracktion for a second. I just had the tranny put in the car 2 months befor it was totaled. What a waste.

sometimes I can continue the burn out in to 2nd esp if the road is wet. I hate driving on wet roads, it means I can't get on it all the time, I have to go nice and easy in 1st and 2nd.

burnouts kick ass. I can chirp hardcored into 2nd gear... it scares pedestrians (seriously... lol) but 3rd is out of the question

I have no idea. I blew a hole in my original tranny. I went to my friend, Kwan at Apex Motorsports, and had him get me a new tranny. He called me up when the car was done and said he put in an ACT stage 2 clutch to illiminate the slipage I got with the ACT stage 1 clutch. He also told me he got a tranny that had 80k miles on it and that it was from some motorsports shop. He has no clue as to why it does that either. I originaly thought it was because of the new clutch. he said that wouldn't effect it much and that it might have a limited slip. It brakes both tires loose when shifting into second. Well, what ever is up with it, I paid alot for every thing.

i dunno, with my low milage 5 speed it tends to break both tires loose with alarming regularity esp with an exedy clutch. I have yet to have a 1 legged burnout with the new tranny.

i blew up my automatic... i hammered on it like hell for 45k miles and it lived. Ive only seen one kid around here blow up a honda 5 speed, and he blew the differential in his 97 civic dx but he was really abusive.
