How long does it take to become a foundation member and be able to put pics in my signature or avatars after I paid my fee? It's been more than a week and I still cannot do this? Anyone know?

you can put signature pictures and have an avatar as soon as you have more then 1 post. you dont need to be a foundation member to do it.
