Well, I have the chance of a lifetime to get some amazing rims for an INSANE price, and I need to know what size, offset, etc. to get.
So far I know I want 17", so I was thinking 17 x 7, and the bolt pattern is 4 x 100.... SO, what is the offset that I need?.

40-45mm. if you roll the feder lips you may get a 38mm but it also depends on how low you lower your car
I only plan on lowering 1.5" so, 40mm?

that would work yes
Get 40-42 mm offset to avoid having to roll your fenders....
