I just received an email from Terry at Lightspeed and I am very excited about his news:
He also sent me some specs on the headers:Hi James;
Sorry for the delay in responding to your questions. We have alot going on at the moment, but we'll eventually get everything sorted out. This is going to take awhile to get to get quotes from our vendors and get everything lined up for production. I'll keep in touch as we move forward and you can feel free to contact us with any updates or suggestions. It is our intent to sell direct to the end-user and not create a distribution network which would only add to the final cost to your fellow club members. If there is an interest by your members we can also review producing spring sets, front and rear sway bars, front and rear camber kits. (Let me know what you think.) There is a possibility we can make the headers in stainless steel, albeit more expensive. Let me know if you think anyone would be interested.
We'll continue to stay in touch until we have our pricing in order.
I'll try to get you a photo of the headers.
Thanks James.

Tubing is CR Flash Control Auto Stock (1/16" thickness)
Does it utilize the stock EGR and Air suction tubes? Yes.
Is it a 4-2-1 or a 4-1 design? 4-2-1.
One piece or a two piece? 2 piece.
Thickness of the manifold flange? 3/8"
Is it equal length? No.
Two models were made, Part # HO 3036 for the 86-87 Accord DX / LX w/carb , and Part # HO 3037 for the 86-89 Accord LXi / SEi.
And the headers will come with new bolts and a gasket.![]()
Unfortunately, I don't think he has any stock pics from the last time they produced this particular header.
If this thread spurs more interest in the headers themselves, please post in the old thread, so we can keep a better head count:

For any comments on the possibilities of a stainless header or suspension parts, post away here! I am personally interested in the ceramic header for my LXi for the better heat control properties, but stainless does look pretty sweet.
