Why is Howto Locked out?

yea because if it was unlocked we might have not so good how to's what u need to do is contact Joe aka 87accordlxi by PM and tell him you want to add a New How to,

or u can contact him by aim whatever works for ya

THe administration wants to keep the HOWTO forum neat and clean. They will add a howto if it is worthy. They don't want people whoring up the threads either.

yup that way u can click on the thread and u can read it much simpler, clean and simple without the whoring!
