What is a good source for avatars? Can you create them from your own pics?
I know they are limited in size (Pixel count) but is there a way to generate one, using software, from a pic you already have?

go to your user cp and upload off your machine!
Yeah man. Just find a pic of the web or take one w/ a digi cam, size it up to specifications in a program as simple as paint...and upload it to your user control panel. What did you have in mind? We could help if you have specifics on what you want for your avatar.

Yeah, use photoshop to make somthing. Made my avatar with Photoshop CS and a pic of my face, guess it's not too bad.. considering i've only had it (photoshop) for a week.
