    Question Coilover Recommendations

I am on a very tight budget for my 3gen lxi.I was wondering if coilover from Dropzone were any good. The stock springs on my ride have been cut and my ride is very soft w/very little travel.Should I just keep the cut springs and get stiffer shocks or change my suspension all together?

These are one of the first 5 posts in the same section u posted ur thread in, the suspension section.

People like Dropzones, but opinions change. I do not like coilovers, but a lot of people love em. I love Konis, but a lot of people cant afford it so they go with tokikos and KYBs. One thing to do is, ask yourself what u wanna do with ur suspension. Do u wanna just lower it, race with it, go autocross with it or just have a good firm ride. ONce u asked urself the needs u have, research ur needs with those threads and pm-ing Jim .

Dont cut ur springs, u know it and everyone knows it. Its a key to get urself flamed and looked down on. Thise forum has evolved to a much greater standards than i ever thought of in the past 2 years.

IMO, loose ur cut coils and ur struts and get new ones for both.

i have dropzones and they are very stiff. if u do not want to race autocross, dont get them, u bounce for every litttle bump.
