3G with 98-99 civic front body kit

My buddy had this kit laying around and one day i got a bright idea to see if it would fit. To my utmost suprise, it fit almost PERFECTLY. All i need to do is trim it a little so the headlights and move and attach it right so it looks good. I've gotten so many compliments on how good it looks. All i need to get now is a Type-R grill to fit in the hole in the middle underneath the hood. I'm also thinking about putting turn signals in the top corner holes......

if this picture turns out, tell me what you think people. thanks.

Right clilck it, properties, highlight link and paste.

And it doesn't look like it fits at all. It looks really bad actually. The ends of the bumpers stick out farther than the fenders.

    Good luck though

you need to take pics outta the grass cuz it look like it way to close to the ground and the ends like TJ89 says dont end where the fenders begin. Take more pics and work on the bumper more

It might look decent (not good) if the ends of it didn't stick out so far. But overall, i say 'no'. Good luck if you do pursue it.

That picture was taken when the body kit was just sitting on the front of the car. It wasnt even mounted then. once i do the necessary work on the kit it'll work. I just need to pull the corners in a little bit and it'll match up. Since its poly an not fiberglass, it flexes well. The grass was pretty deep so it looks really low, but its not as bad as it looks. I'll update the pic when its on there right and hopefully ya'll will like the finished product.......

I actually want to do a headlight conversion with the 98+ prelude headlights. I think they'll fit without having to do extensive body mods.

if the bumper weren't as tall, and it were a good bit boxier, it would work out great

zach, send me pics (if any) of your car to: [email protected]

i wanna see what it looks like...

Ah, there's one in every crowd. I was waiting for that. I'm suprised he didn't use the little graphic. Do we still have that available?

one thing that I'm wondering about is that you say 98-99 civic front bumper. 98 and 99 fronts are a little different style so it can't be both because they changed after 98, so which is it, 98 or 99?

I think it looks pretty good......just do some cutting, fitting with bondo and sheetmetal......and ur good....on the fender eitheareas...those need to be r sanded down or cut a lil and he can mold the front on.....espeically inbetween the headlights.
