my door wont open!!

ok, on the drivers side, the back door wont open. it wouldnt open from the outside at all and the lock would never go down it would stay up. but you could still open it from the inside. however, my girlfriend put my lil brother in the back seat today, and put the child lock on so he wouldnt mess with the door while the car was moving. she meant well, but..... u know. so any tips on how i could get the dorr open, or fix it???

the child lock probaly jammed.....try silicone spray

That sucks.
I would pull off the door panel and see if I could get to the mechinism to fiddle with it.

I agree with soljaboy2000, its probably jamed so lube it up.
