rear break bleeder screws keep snapping

i have snapped three bleeder vavles off of my rear breaks. what's the trick to getting these things off? anyone else have the same problem?
one of my 88 lx's is up for parts. good engine and transmission. pretty much everything is there. the fenders and hood are bad but other than that it's pretty good.

RIP my beutiful 5g coupe. May the villans rot in hell!

U usually spray it down with penetrating oil and then go at them with Vise Grips.

i wire brushed all of the rust off. i heated it up. then sprayed pb on it several times and they still just snap right off. bleeder valves off of three different cars. anyone know what the part is that has the bleeder valve on it? just in case i end up raplaceing it i'd liek to know what it's called
