    timing marks for auto?

I just got my cam from colt and I'm looking for some sort of timing marks and can't find any. Can anyone help me out on where to look on an automatic tranny 87lxi?

    Timing marks on the flywheel?

The most important one is TDC, you should see a white line next to a sidewards "T" on the flywheel lined up with the pointer.
The up mark on the cam gear should be perpendicular to the surface of the head. Or you can line up the small nothces on the left and right side of the gear to the surfance of the head.

The timing hole is cut off in the pic but I made an arrow to the general area.
You might have a rubber cap over the hole.

You are the man! Big help, thank you very much. I spent more time looking for the timing marks than putting in the cam!
