Ported & Polished EFI Cylinder head PLUS more!!!

OK Guys, BOLT ON 25 to 35 HP with this!!!!!!!

This is what is for sale:

What is included in the above picture!!!!!!

    1. Intake and Exhaust ports have been port matched & polished. The head alone should flow about 20% more air!!!!

    3. Stock EFI camshaft and cam gear. Camshaft is perfect core for Colt or Delta...

    4. NEW camshaft seal.

    5. EFI fuel rail, (injectors not included)

    6. NEW HONDA intake, secondary butterfly & exhaust gaskets PLUS a NEW Felpro head gasket.

    7. Other goodies include: NEW from Honda "PGM-FI 12 valve" name plate for top of intake. One used EFI throttle body (not pictured cause i forgot to bring it home from shop) It needs cleaning and maybe a new throttle position sensor. Also included are the EIC valve and throttle temp valve assembly.

NOW the answer to the BIG question!!!!

$750.00 for the package!!!! $650.00 for the head work. $200.00 for new springs, retainers and valve seals. $50.00 Felpro head gasket and other gaskets. LOW-BALLERS WILL BE IGNORED. I'll deliver the complete package within 100 miles, otherwise i'll pay shipping. AS YOU CAN SEE IM NOW LOOSING MONEY!!

do you want to sell all of it together or piece it out? if yes, how much just for the head and the head gasket? without the cam and everything. thanks

The 86-87 EFI's did NOT have the secondary intake runners or the butterflies. This was done in the 88-89 as a "pre-vtec" option for more low end power before getting to higher revs. The butterflies are held closed by vacuum at idle to about 3000 RPM to force air into the head faster in a more confined space.. Once the engine get to higher revs the butterflies open to allow more air to flow thru both sets of intake runners into the head..

Myaccord, Sorry I don't want to part this out as a first option... If no one buys the package within a reasonable time i will consider parting it out then.. Besides IM not 100% sure the carb manifolds will bolt up to an EFI head. Given the intake ports on the head have raised arches to allow for the fuel injectors...

all A20 heads are the same. there are no diff between carb or EFI except the compression ratio.
carb manifold will bolt up with no problem.
i just swaped cylinder head from a carbed A20 into my EFI motor.

Damn man, I thought I was going to get first dibs. I wish I had the cash on me right now, but we're buying a house. I'm kinda hoping you'll have this for a little while.

Shep, OK i didn't know that fact till just now about the A20. So, this will be an improvement for any 3G!!!!

James, Yes, I remember mentioning "first dibs" to ya, Sorry about this. In my excitement with getting the finished product back i forgot about it... Well, here it is and if all goes well with the new house, maybe you'll have a little $$ left over to ad this to the SE-i.

Pogi, YES, this should bolt right on.. You may just need an extra vacuum line to operate the secondary butterflies. However, I dyno tested them open all the time(no vacuum) and got better HP and TQ numbers..

while thats a beautiful setup, and probly worth the money, $750 could probably get you a jdm vtec, if looked around enough

Wally, That may be true but just a JDM vtec is not all you'll need to convert the car. The cheaper vtec motors have what? 140 to 165 hp? take your 122hp A20A3 and ad 25 to 35hp and your in the same ballpark... Spend $750 to 1000 on a motor then ad the motor mounts, wiring harness, ecu, axles, trans mounts plus the labor and its alot more expensive than a three or four hour removal and install of the cylinder head. Really how many 3g accords on this board have JDM swaps?? 10 to 15 if that many??
My only point being that if you want a little more power from your old A20A3 this is the way to go, besides adding Sean's turbo kit..

Zach, can't offer the cylinder head alone yet. I just got an offer for the whole deal via Email. If the deal falls through i'll post here.
