    Question engine temp

    i just got a temperature gauge for my car. does anyone kno what the temp in farenheight should be when the car is fully warmed up? searchin the site i came up with 180-200 degrees, when fully warmed. is this right?

    192 to 195 is what your factory thermostat opens at. It closes as soon as cooler water enters but I don't know how far below 192 it closes. probably about 185. This means your engine block has an average temp around 190 or so.
