86-89 'Teg bumper

I was at a wrecking yard the other day, and there was a 86-89 'Teg next to a 3rd Gen. The front bumpers looked like they were nearly the same dimension. Has anyone ever tried to mount a 'Teg bumper on an Accord? I'm looking to do something different on my Accord when it comes time to paint it.

low tek or hatchback racer did it. took some modification but looked good. and i have put a rear 86-89 teg bumper on a hatch and it fit with some modication to the bumper support thingie... looked pretty good

The teg bumper is a little bit narrower than the 3gee. I used to have a gen1 teg (and may be buying another shortly) and tryed out a spare 89 coupe bumper I have on it and it was a bit wide. But with some fabrication...
