I am replacing mine now. Auto Zone and dealer only sell the complete upper arm assembly as it is a pressed in fit. Price here in Ohio at Auto Zone was $73 per side. Don't foget your cost for alignment afterwards, or you could trash your tires.

    Lifetime Alignment @ Firestone

I don't know if its available where you all are from, but Firestone offers a Lifetime alignment package for our Accords for $109.95 To me it has been worth it, The 1st one I had when I first got the Accord I paid $99.95 @ Tire Kingdom for a 5 year deal after that I got the lifetime at Firestone.
Check it out if you get a chance,
    Hope this helps, LOL

I checked napa's website they no longer list just the ball joint. They do however list a VERY inexpensive arm w/ balljoint. The part numbers are MRC10767 for the right and MRC10768 for the left. They run 43.99 and are made by Master Ride Chasis. Heres a link Napa Ball Joint/upper arm

I just had all of mine replaced and on the 88 you can only buy the arms with joints for the uppers as they are not ment to be able to be changed. The lowers can be changed with out the arms.

Since the Accord upper arms have no adjustment replacing just the upper ball joint does not require an alignment.

    That sounds about right.

I think Moog was the company that sold the ball joint only. And the ball joints are meant to be removed just only with a press. Only reason why they only sell the arms in most places is for ease of the do it yourselfers.
