    Brakes!

    whenever i start to brake my car shakes and makes a scrubing noise that comes from the rear right the shaking comes from the upper ball joint and i cant find one for the passenger sidei need help plzz

    the shaking and scrubing are probably coming from your front rotors.
    The rest of your explenation I don't understand, please give more details.

    whenever i brake it makes a scrubing sound and it comes for the rear right side and u can kinda feel it scrubing through the brake and i just found out my emergency brake dont work cuz my car will still roll on hills

    hey check your tires for bubles. i mean for unusual stuff.
    it happened to one of my friend. all he had to do is replace the tire.
    the other problem, when brakes are drinding that means that there is a dust or they worn out(metall to metall). check your brakes.
    and your emergency brake is broken or needs to be adjusted.

    Sounds like you need to service your rear drums. And adjust your e-brakes.
